Return to Origin: An Experiential Journey of Integration, Repair, and Embodiment of the Essential Gift

This four-hour experiential workshop is designed as a deepening of the process begun in Return to Origin – Initiation Level. It invites participants to revisit the territories explored in age regression, prenatal imprints, and Life Between Lives, not merely to recognize their influence, but to more fully integrate their meanings, repair the most persistent emotional and somatic imprints, and consciously recover the essential gifts contained in their incarnation history.

If in Level 1 the emphasis was on discovering how early experiences shape the psychic structure and open the door to Fundamental Peace, in this Level 2 the work orients toward a more refined and transformative exploration: the deep metabolization of origin imprints, the re-signification of the soul’s narrative, and the practical embodiment of essence in current life.

Grounded in the Integrative Transformation Model (ITM) and the Shadow–Gift–Essence (SGE)framework developed by Prof. Luis Miguel Gallardo, this workshop combines advanced teaching, guided experiential process, live demonstration, and deep integration work. Participants will be accompanied on a regressive and transpersonal journey that seeks not only to access significant memories, but also to complete internal processes that were interrupted, release subtler layers of identification with the shadow, and restore the connection with the deep intelligence of the soul that sustains the meaning of incarnation.

In this second level, regression becomes a path not only of access but of resolution and incorporation. The focus expands from exploration of the wound toward activation of the internal resource, from understanding of the origin toward expression of purpose, and from awareness of the pattern toward the free choice of a new way of inhabiting oneself.

The workshop is organized in three complementary phases:

In the first phase, participants deepen into the ITM map, identifying with greater clarity the relationship between early wounds, shadow structures, and the essential gifts that remained encapsulated within the defenses. The exploration reveals how certain prenatal, perinatal, and childhood imprints not only generate pain or contraction, but also the seed of a deep quality of being that awaits recovery.

Here the work centers on recognizing:

• the protective logic of the shadow,

• the cost of remaining identified with it,

• and the real possibility of revealing the gift and essence that were hidden in the original experience.

In the second phase, participants are guided into a deeper experiential process of regression and integration. Unlike Level 1, where the emphasis was on access and recognition of prenatal and transpersonal territories, here the work orients toward a more conscious relationship with internal scenes, favoring emotional repair, somatic regulation, and the transformation of implicit memories.

The journey may include:

• age regression to core childhood experiences,

• more precise contact with prenatal and birth imprints,

• and revisiting Life Between Lives spaces from a more mature and embodied question.

Participants will be invited to explore not only what happened, but also what that being needed, what was left incomplete, and what resource, truth, or capacity can now be recovered for present life.

In the third phase, the process deepens toward a dimension of transpersonal integration. From the expanded space of Life Between Lives, and always within the experiential framework of the ITM, participants are invited to reconnect with the deepest dimension of the meaning of their incarnation: the soul’s original intention, the learnings associated with their trajectory, and the concrete call to live with greater coherence between essence and form.

How does this understanding translate into a fuller way of living, relating, choosing, and serving?

The work aims for the experience to remain not only as a significant event, but as an embodied orientation for daily life.

Throughout the entire process, the workshop cultivates a deepening of Fundamental Peace understood, within the ITM, as a dynamic state of integration in which the person can sustain inner truth, emotional openness, self-compassion, and embodied presence without fragmenting or automatically defending against what emerges.

In this Level 2, Fundamental Peace no longer presents itself merely as an internal experience of relief or understanding, but as a growing capacity to:

• remain in oneself,

• sustain vulnerability without collapse,

• transform memory into wisdom,

• and live from a more direct connection with the soul.

The session concludes with a guided integration process, a reflection on the practical application of what was lived, and a sharing circle, oriented toward consolidating the passage from experience to life.

• Psychotherapists, counselors, hypnotherapists, and coaches who wish to deepen the regressive and transpersonal approach

• Individuals committed to a serious path of inner transformation and conscious embodiment

• Those who feel they have recognized key aspects of their origin story and now wish to integrate them, repair them, and convert them into vital force and lived purpose

Having completed Level 1 – Initiation or having prior experience in regression processes, pre- and perinatal work, or equivalent transpersonal exploration.
